About us
A community
that
cares
The Bower Place Community Association is committed to serving the needs of our community. We strive to provide events and services that bring people together to make our community safer and more connected. If you have any thoughts or ideas, please contact us or come out to a board meeting.
The Bower Place Community Association is made up of volunteers that live in our community. If you are ever interested in getting involved, please get in touch or come to a meeting. Meetings are held monthly and start at 7 pm at the Bower-Kin Place at 85 Boyce Street or virtually because of COVID-19. No meetings take place during the summer (July-August) and the meetings end by 9pm. If you have any other questions, want to volunteer, become a Board Member, or attend a meeting, feel free to email us to get in touch or fill out our volunteer form.
The BPCA puts on community events throughout the year. Some examples of events that we have organized are the Fall BBQ, Light The Night, Green Deer, Tree Planting, games nights, Skate with Santa and skating parties partnered with Central Alberta Refugee Effort (CARE).
